Otay County Open Space Preserve at 2155 Otay Lakes Road, Dulzura, California.

It's a typical Southern California desert-like Park (lots of bunny rabbits and not a lot of trees). Most of the trails are pretty boring and there is no swimming in the lake, but there is one Trail that has the most amazing view and is worth the trip. It's technically not a Trail, but a treacherous one lane dirt road on the side of a steep mountain above the rv park just off of Otay Lake Rd. Cars are allowed on the road, but you can hike/bike safely since nobody is ever on it. If you decide to drive- be careful and be sure you have enough gas. Also, bring your camera. If you hike, bring water.
